Denise Puricelli

Denise Puricelli, Musical Director, has played keyboards in 16 Broadway shows and has conducted the Broadway productions of Mamma Mia!, Elton John’s AidaLittle Shop of Horrors, and Brian Wilson’s Good Vibrations. She has performed and/or recorded with Orchestra Of St. Luke’s, American Symphony Orchestra, Brooklyn Philharmonic Orchestra, New Jersey Symphony, Eos Orchestra, Illuminati (Avant Rock), Arthur Kampela Projecto (Brazilian-based improvisatory), Columbia Composers Forum, Stamford Symphony Orchestra, Composers Concordance and small jazz ensembles with singers including René Fleming (St Luke’s Orchestra Pops) & Lillias White (Brooklyn Philharmonic Pops). She founded and runs The Collaboratory for New Musical Theatre, a workshop environment to promote risk-free musical experimentation during the formative stages in the making of a Broadway Musical.
